It started with a simple observation.

The leaders who needed support most weren't getting it.
Not because they weren't trying. Not because the support didn't exist. But because the best support — real coaching, real guidance, real human connection — was expensive, scheduled, and available only to a privileged few.
And in the meantime, the moments kept coming.
The difficult conversation at 9am. The decision that couldn't wait. The team member who needed something their leader didn't know how to give.
"I kept meeting brilliant, committed leaders who didn't need more training. They needed someone in their corner in the moments that actually mattered. I couldn't be everywhere at once. So I built something that could."
