If you’re dealing with serious mental health concerns, please seek support from a qualified professional. Worksparks is a leadership tool, not a clinical service.

It’s not designed for personal mental health crises, legal advice, or HR process guidance.

Individual conversations are always completely private. Future versions of Worksparks will offer anonymous, aggregated insights for People teams — helping organisations understand the themes and pressures their leaders are facing, without any individual-level data. We will never share individual usage data with organisations.

For early access, deployment is straightforward and requires no complex IT integration. Most organisations can have their leadership cohort onboarded within a week. Enterprise deployments with custom requirements may take longer — contact us to discuss your specific needs.

EAP programs are designed primarily for personal mental health and well-being support. Worksparks is specifically designed for professional leadership challenges — the performance conversations, decisions, and team dynamics that leaders face every day. They serve different needs and work well together.
